Santopadre, Co-CEO
An award-winning comedy writer with two decades of experience,
Frank has created material for hundreds of performers and personalities,
from Bill Murray to Dennis Miller to Donald Trump. He has polished
standup acts for many national headliners, and his work has
been seen on HBO, Comedy Central, The Tonight Show, ESPN
and VH-1 as well as in the pages of National Lampoon
and The New Yorker. He has helped develop national ad
campaigns, written awards shows and other live events and most
recently served as Editor-in-Chief of Jest magazine.
 Jim
Pharo, Co-CEO
Jim began his career as a corporate lawyer before joining the
world of advertising and marketing, which ultimately led to
a position as COO of a major ad agency. He's also served as
"entrepreneur-in-residence" at a venture capital firm,
advising startups and early stage companies on finance, marketing
and operations. Jim has held senior positions with American
Express, Young & Rubicam and The Lord Group, and has his
own strategic consulting practice, working with top media and
technology firms.
